Voluntarily preserved in new barrels, this Cognac offers a light woody side for the pleasure of demanding connoisseurs.

A.E. Dor XO Vieille Fine Champagne is a subtle blend of old Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne eaux-de-vie. A light and delicate Cognac with a complex and balanced bouquet.

A.E. Dor Vieille Reserve N°6 Cognac comes from the Maison's old stocks of Grande Champagne Cognacs. A beautiful, spicy, fine and round blend, characteristic of the fine eaux-de-vie of Grande Champagne.

A.E. Dor Vieille Reserve N ° 7 comes from the House's old Cognacs Grande Champagne stocks. Particularly recommended for connoisseurs with a virile and ardent nose; a little leathery and wild. Powerful attack on the palate but with a lot of roundness and exceptional aromatic persistence.

A.E. Dor Vieille Reserve N ° 8 comes from the House's old Cognacs Grande Champagne stocks. Despite its high alcohol content, 47%, it does not provide any aggressiveness to the palate thanks to a very long aging in humid cellars causing slow evaporation. Remarkable finesse!

A.E. Dor Extra is Cognac Grande Champagne which has aged for several decades in small oak barrels. It has reached maturity in our humid cellars to give length in the mouth and exceptional persistence.

A.E. Dor Vieille Reserve N°10 is a family treasure of a few « bonbonnes » discovered a short time ago, in a small cellar on a property located in Grande Champagne near Lignière-Sonneville. A.E. Dor Vieille Reserve N°9 comes from a few carboys of a blend of very old Grande Champagne Eaux-de-vie (80%) and very old Fins Bois (20%). The quality of this great Cognac comes from this very long aging in barrels until it reaches 40% alcohol by natural evaporation.

A.E Dor Vieille Reserve N°11 is a blend of Grandes Champagnes, the youngest of which is over 70 years old and the oldest are pre-phylloxera.
