Les Beaux Monts lies to the north-west of the village of Vosne-Romanée, on a steep slope (10% gradient) at the exit of the Combe Brûlée. The altitude of the plot varies from 277 to 289 meters. The plot faces east-south-east. The reddish-brown soil is characterized by a large quantity of light-colored limestone and chailles (silica nodules).
The origin of the name of the appellation remains uncertain. This could possibly be an ancient form of pear trees. Located to the south of the village, the climate of "Porêts" can be compared to that of "Saint-Georges" in a slightly more rustic style. The 2023 edition of Minuty Prestige Rosé reveals a crystalline color and a delicate fragrance. Notes of tangy red fruits take the lead, with apricot revealing itself later. Great minerality on the palate with lots of length.
