Vouette & Sorbée Fidèle is a Champagne Blanc de Noirs (100% Pinot Noir) produced by Vouette & Sorbée, located in Buxières-sur-Arce, in the Côte des Bar region of southern Champagne. It is the flagship of this house, recognized for its biodynamic approach and its commitment to viticulture that respects the environment and terroir.
Pinot Noir vines planted in 1993 at Terres Rouges. Its name comes from the color of the calcareous red-brown soil of this particular terroir. Only 10,462 bottles and 509 magnums were produced.
Gosset 12 ans de cave a minima Rosé is a cuvée which has benefited from 12 years of aging on the lees. The maturity that the wine has acquired in the cellar has allowed it to pass the years while keeping its freshness. The blend is a selection of the best Chardonnays from the Côte des Blancs and Pinots Noirs from Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne.
