Billecart-Salmon Blanc de Blancs is a Cuvée made entirely from the Chardonnay grape variety from the four Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs: Avize, Chouilly, Cramant, Mesnil-sur-Oger. The blend is made from two great years.

This blend of Chardonnays of different ages constitutes 75% of the final blend of FLEUR DE MIRAVAL, the remaining 25% being made up of young Pinot Noir which gives the wine its subtle pink color. Hommage A William Deutz La Cote Glaciere is a single-varietal (Pinot Noir) and single-terroir (La Cote Glaciere plot in Aÿ) cuvée. The Cellar Master of Maison Deutz decided to vinify this plot of Aÿ separately to highlight the nobility of the wine, the terroir and the Pinot Noir grape variety.

Cœur de Cuvée 2015 is a Champagne of unique richness and identity with a blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir from old Premier Cru vines in the village of Rilly-la-Montagne. The Wines are made only from the heart of the Cuvée to extract the best.
