Courvoisier XO Royal is a blend inspired by the historic cognacs of Maison Courvoisier that have honored the royal courts of Europe. In the early 1900s, King Edward VII of Great Britain even ordered his own blend, Edward VII Reserve, a few bottles of which are still in the Paradis cellar in Jarnac. This is the starting point for the Master Blender, Patrice Pinet, to revive the perfect marriage of Fins Bois de Jarnac and Grande Champagne that is XO Royal.
